Lexcor (a division of Lexsuco Corporation) was started in 1960 to develop and market new technologies for commercial roofing applications. Products that were initially introduced included fire resistant vapour retarders, special adhesives and the original insulation fastener, better known as the Lexsuco Clip™.

Over the years, we have broadened our offering to include numerous specialized flashing products, roof hatches, fire vents, skylights and complete roof systems. In the latter case, enhanced built-up roof systems are offered under our Vanguard label on this website while single ply systems are available through our sister company, Lexcan.

In certain markets, Lexcor also acts as a roofing materials wholesaler to the commercial roofing trade. For more information on this division and our various partners, click on the "Wholesale Division" tab.

It is Lexcor's goal to remain at the forefront of innovative roofing and waterproofing technology. We do this through continued investment in research and development as well as participation in various industry technical groups. The results of our efforts are presented within this site.
